Beach Cleanup at Horsfall Beach
Join Willamette Valley Wheelers, in partnership with PNW4WDA Region 6, for our annual beach cleanup at Horsfall Beach Road in Coos Bay/North Bend.
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Help protect Oregon's beautiful coastline by volunteering to remove litter and marine debris from the beach and surrounding recreation areas. This annual cleanup brings together off-road enthusiasts, families, friends, and community members who share a commitment to responsible recreation and environmental stewardship.
We'll meet at the Horsfall Beach Road staging area at 10:00 a.m. for a brief welcome, safety orientation, and light refreshments before heading out in groups to clean the beach. Cleanup bags and other supplies will be provided.
Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy footwear suitable for walking on sand, and bring work gloves if you have them. Volunteers of all ages and experience levels are welcome.
Join us for a rewarding morning of giving back, enjoying the Oregon coast, and helping keep our public lands clean for everyone.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.
What's Provided: Bags, Gloves
Restrooms: OHV Staging area has restrooms.
Parking: Day Use Fee parking. If leaving vehicle in the OHV Staging area. If going out on the dunes there would be no fee if you have OHV Sticker.
Transit: Not available nearby
Accessibility: This area may not be easily accessible for folks with mobility concerns.
Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
