Netarts/Oceanside Beach Cleanup: Sunset Edition!

Winter brings an influx of marine debris, with storms washing up harmful trash that poses a threat to wildlife and our unique coastal ecosystems. Spring, then, offers the perfect opportunity for us to unite as a community and restore our beaches! Celebrate Earth Day with the Friends of Netarts Bay Watershed, Estuary, Beach, and Sea (WEBS) by joining us in a beach cleanup from Cape Lookout State Park to Bayocean Spit.
We will clean up while the tide is low, and wrap up our work just as the sun is setting. Be sure to stick around for dinner at The Schooner Restaurant; they'll be offering 10% off for volunteers!
Advanced Registration: Is required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Meeting Location: We will meet on the patio of The Schooner Restaurant. Look for signs for SOLVE and the Friends of Netarts Bay WEBS - we'll have a bright blue pop-up tent at our check-in table!
