Trash Bash! Powell Park Cleanup

Please join SOLVE for a litter cleanup in Powell Park, along SE Powell Blvd, and the surrounding neighborhoods! We will meet in the park, where you can sign in and pick up your supplies. Then, we will branch off for cleanup after a brief safety talk, working together to beautify our neighborhoods and create a healthier environment.

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: We will be meeting in the clearing of Powell Park east of the baseball field near the playground. Look for SOLVE tables and canopies!

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Litter grabbers, gloves, safety vests, and trash bags will be provided.

Restrooms: Public restrooms are available at the park, although they may close for winter near the time of the event.

Parking: Street parking is available surrounding the park.

Transit: Take Trimet #9 to SE Powell & 24th or SE Powell & 26th, then walk into the park towards the meeting spot. Trimet #10 can also be taken to SE 26th & Powell.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will not be a Spanish speaker present at this event.
