Neighborhood Ecology & Cleanup

Come join SOLVE & Oregon Master Naturalist Rebecca Lexa for an oppurutnity to learn about local ecology while making an impact. This event will combine a litter cleanup with a short-walking tour identifying local plant & animal species in SE. Learn about your wild neighbors while removing trash and other pollutants from our shared ecosystem. 

SOLVE will provide all the litter removal equipment you need,  Rebecca will supply knowledge and enthusiasm for urban plants & animals -- all you need to bring is curisosity and clothing appropriate for the weather! 

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: Trash grabber, Gloves, Bags, Vests, and a chance to learn from an Oregon Master Naturalist
